Please carefully read these terms and conditions. The Print Packaging Box website (printpackagingbox.com) and any associated services are subject to these terms and conditions. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines applicable to specific services.
We retain the right, at any moment and without previous notice, to change both this site and these terms. Acceptance of the updated Terms is indicated by your continuous use after any modifications. It is your responsibility to check this page for updates on a regular basis.
INTELLECTUAL ASSESSMENT
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Print Packaging Box or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Without our prior written consent, you are not permitted to download, distribute, republish, or duplicate any content from this website for profit.
CONTENT AND REPRESENTATIONS OF CLIENTS
The following legally enforceable guarantees and statements are made when you provide us with artwork, graphics, text, or other materials (“Customer Content”) for the creation of your personalized packaging:
You are the sole owner of the Customer Content, or you have acquired all required licenses, authorizations, and permissions from any third-party rights holders.
No person or entity’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other intellectual property right is violated by the Customer Content.
There is nothing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or unpleasant about the customer content.
By placing an order, you provide Print Packaging Box a global, royalty-free license to use, copy, and alter the Customer Content only in necessary to complete your purchase and provide you with our services.
CUSTOMER APPROVAL, PROOFS, AND ARTWORK
File requirements: CMYK color format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required for all final print-ready artwork. Color changes from RGB to CMYK conversion or subpar printing from low-resolution files are not our responsibility.
Proofing Procedure: Following order placement, you will receive a task specification sheet and a digital proof for approval. Checking the proof for accuracy in all areas, including but not limited to text, spelling, images, measurements, and color, is entirely your responsibility.
Approval Liability: We can start manufacturing precisely as displayed if you approve the final proof. Any spelling, grammar, layout, or color accuracy mistakes that were on the authorized proof but were not present in the final printed product are not Print Packaging Box’s responsibility. To ensure that every aspect is correct, we advise printing the proof at 100% scale.
COLOR ACCURACY & MATERIALS
Standard Materials: The paper stocks and boards used in our standard product lines are not certified as food-grade, unless otherwise noted in writing. If you have any special requirements for food quality or safety certification, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Matching Colors Disclaimer: We are unable to guarantee that the color of your digital files, on-screen proofs, and the finished printed product will match exactly due to the intrinsic nature of the printing process and variances in monitor calibration. We advise paying extra for a hardcopy, color-matched proof for applications where color is crucial.
Risk, Delivery, and Shipping
Transit Times: Production and shipment schedule estimates are merely suggestions and cannot be relied upon. Delays brought on by carriers, customs, bad weather, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control are not our responsibility.
Inspection & Claims: It is your duty to check every shipment as soon as it is delivered. Within three (3) business days of delivery, we and the shipping carrier must be notified of any claims for defects, shortages, or damage. Failure to report within this timeframe may void your claim.
Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Custom Order Policy: All of our packaging is manufactured according to your specifications. Therefore, all transactions shall be considered final once production has commenced.
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be terminated solely upon receipt of a written request prior to the commencement of production. If an order is discontinued subsequent to the commencement of artwork processing, a cancellation fee will be imposed to offset the costs incurred.
Reprints: We confidently endorse the quality of our work. If an error is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will reprint the order at our expense. Re-print requests must follow the claims procedure detailed in the “Shipping” section above.
Limitations of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Packaging Box, its administrators, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our products and services.
The Site and its content are supplied on a “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold Print Packaging Box harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms, your Customer Content, or your use of our products.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Print Packaging Box conducts its primary business operations.
